My client is one of the leading providers of promotional products and marketing solutions globally. They work with a variety of businesses and industries creating unique promotional merchandise that engages their target audience, elevating their brand. Due to business growth, they’re looking for a dynamic and driven Account Manager to join their successful team. You will build lasting relationships with clients while delivering creative and impactful marketing solutions.
The role
- Assist in managing a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, providing them with exceptional service.
- Identifying buying signals from customers ensuring you conduct thorough fact finds during your calls.
- Monitor and report on client performance, making recommendations for improvements where necessary.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
- Support in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and client reports.
- Assist in resolving any client issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients.
