Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager and lead the team to deliver exceptional customer service, effective teamwork and efficient store operations.
- Act as second-in-command and be ready to fill in for the Store Manager when necessary.
- Support the Store Manager in creating a culture of trust, provide positive and constructive feedback, and help recruit, hire and retain a diverse and talented store team.
- Coach team members to increase engagement and help them reach their full potential; assist with day-to-day business activities.
