Role Overview
Sales Manager to lead, inspire and grow our employed retail sales team within the home improvements sector. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a direct sales environment, understands performance management, and leads from the front. You will be responsible for driving revenue, developing people, and delivering sustainable business growth.
Requirements

- Lead, manage and motivate an employed direct retail sales team
- Drive performance against monthly and annual revenue targets
- Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to increase conversions and order values
- Recruit, onboard, train and develop sales representatives
- Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching
- Support the team in the field, including assisted appointments
- Ensure high standards of customer experience and professionalism
- Work closely with senior leadership to deliver growth objectives
- Proven experience in direct retail sales
- Strong track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets
- Ability to motivate and manage performance
- Highly organised, results-focused mindset
- Willingness to lead from the front and work in the field
