What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading, supporting, and motivating a team of five
- Managing goods in and goods out with high accuracy
- Arranging direct-to-site deliveries using in-house vehicles and drivers
- Reviewing and improving the new Quality Control function with the Supply Chain Manager and Production Manager
- Maintaining strong stock accuracy and reporting through Inflow WMS
- Driving continuous improvement and organisation within the stores area
- Ensuring safety, compliance, and high housekeeping standards
- Coaching and developing staff to raise performance
What We’re Looking For
- Experience supervising in a warehouse, stores, or logistics environment
- Strong understanding of stock control and goods in/out processes
- Confident using digital systems (Inflow WMS experience is a bonus)
- A hands-on leader with strong communication skills
- Proactive, organised, and improvement-driven
- Able to operate effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
Other information
- Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:30 (overtime available, including occasional weekends)
- Salary - £29,000 per annum
