You will be joining our dynamic team and be responsible for managing the flow of customer orders and quotes into the business, ensuring they are accurately assessed, logged, and passed to the relevant teams for processing. The individual will act as a key link between customers, the Processing team, and the Customer Service Operations (CSO) team, ensuring high standards of accuracy, communication, and customer care.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Take ownership of the Communications page, where all manual orders and quotes are received.
- Review incoming requests, complete feasibility checks, and ensure all required information is present.
- Log orders and quotes promptly and accurately for the wider team to process.
- Handle general customer enquiries via phone, providing clear, friendly, and professional assistance.
- Ensure internal processes and procedures are followed at all times.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows or reduce errors.
- Maintain accurate records and support audit or compliance activities where needed.
The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, be adaptable to change, possess great communication skills, and have the ability to prioritise work.
