Due to current and future business growth we are looking for an experienced Facade Estimator to join our team at Acorn.
What you'll be doing:
- Organising and overseeing client enquiries
- Preparing estimates, including taking off from architect's drawings and assessing specifications to ensure compliance
- Use provided software to input scope of works, ensuring up to date labour times and prices are relevant
- Obtaining supporting prices from suppliers, data sheets and calculations to support tender
- Presenting written estimates for the tender, demonstrating compliance and understanding of the project
- Present handover meetings to design/production and contracts departments once projects are secured
