As an integral part of the Sales & Marketing team, the Junior Graphic Design & Video Creator will provide daily design and multimedia support to the Senior Graphic Designer. This role will focus on graphic design, animation, and video creation, ensuring high-quality visual content across digital and print platforms to support the marketing strategy and objectives of Emplas and our sister brands.

Position
Graphic Design
·Produce high-quality graphic design work with attention to detail and brand consistency.
·Develop marketing materials, brochures, presentations, social media graphics, and digital assets.
·Follow brand guidelines and ensure all creative work aligns with the identify of all our brands.
·Assist with layout design, typography, and image retouching for both digital and print assets.
Animation & Video Creation
·Create engaging animations, motion graphics, and explainer videos for use across digital platforms.
·Edit and produce video content for marketing campaigns, including promotional videos, customer testimonials, and product showcases.
·Develop short-form social media videos for platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
·Assist in scripting, storyboarding, and shooting video content when required.
·Maintain a digital library of video content, raw footage, and animation templates.
Marketing Campaign Support
·Assist in designing email marketing campaigns (MailChimp or similar).
·Work with the marketing team to create landing pages, banners, and digital ads.
·Provide support in developing event content for trade shows and exhibitions.
Project & Workflow Management
·Work collaboratively with the Senior Graphic Designer to ensure a smooth creative process.
·Keep up to date with industry trends and suggest new ideas for creative campaigns.
·Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Other Responsibilities
·Maintain an organised and accessible digital asset library.
·Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas.
·Support general marketing activities and team initiatives as needed.
Requirements
·A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a graphic design or multimedia role.
·Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro or other video software).
·Experience in motion graphics, animation, and video editing.
Strong understanding of design principles (alignment, hierarchy, contrast, typography, etc.).
·Ability to work within brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all assets.
·Excellent time management and organisation skills to manage multiple projects.
·Strong attention to detail and ability to take constructive feedback.
Desirable but not essential:
·Experience in B2B or manufacturing industry marketing.
·Experience with email marketing tools (MailChimp, HubSpot, etc.).
·Knowledge of photography and video production.
Other information
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5pm, onsite.
Salary: £25,500 per annum.
