What you will be doing:

  • Managing and organising incoming client enquiries
  • Preparing detailed estimates, including take‑offs from architects’ drawings
  • Assessing specifications with a strong focus on compliance, regulatory alignment, and Building Safety Act requirements
  • Using estimating software to input scope of works with accurate, up‑to‑date labour times and cost data
  • Obtaining supporting prices, technical data sheets, and performance calculations for tender submissions
  • Producing clear, compliant written estimates demonstrating full understanding of project requirements
  • Leading handover meetings with design, production, and contracts teams once projects are secured
