What you will be doing:
- Managing and organising incoming client enquiries
- Preparing detailed estimates, including take‑offs from architects’ drawings
- Assessing specifications with a strong focus on compliance, regulatory alignment, and Building Safety Act requirements
- Using estimating software to input scope of works with accurate, up‑to‑date labour times and cost data
- Obtaining supporting prices, technical data sheets, and performance calculations for tender submissions
- Producing clear, compliant written estimates demonstrating full understanding of project requirements
- Leading handover meetings with design, production, and contracts teams once projects are secured
