As a manufacturer of double glazing we partner with leading window systems suppliers, and offer some of the industry's most technically advanced low maintenance and energy efficient aluminium and U-PVC windows and doors. What you'll be doing:
- Maintaining and developing close relationships with our long-standing and new customers.
- Assisting customers with all enquiries about our products and services.
- Inform & update customers on order lead-time.
- Liaising with other departments to resolve customer issues/queries.
- Receive and process customers stock orders accurately and by agreed deadlines.
- Surpassing customer expectations on quality and service levels.
You will have:
- 1 years experience within a customer service role, ideally in a manufacturing/construction environment (however not essential).
- Confidence using the telephone, be resilient and have a natural rapport with customers.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills.
- Excellent IT skills, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.

Salary: £24,500 per annum
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week. Monday - Friday 09:00-17:30 with a minute break per day
