We are looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to provide assistance to the Sales and Marketing team, dealing with customer enquiries, producing analytics and supporting sales managers.
Your role will include:
- Dealing with all customer enquiries received through various sources; website, phone, email, etc.
- Updating customer details, bulletins, and product information.
- Sending required brochures and marketing material to existing and prospective customers.
- Managing stock orders for brochures and customer support material.
- Providing support and assistance to Sales Managers.
- Updating sales reports.
- Typing and compiling reports, presentations (PowerPoint), and general correspondence for use at senior management/board level.
- Creating and updating any quote/order information for customers.
