Empirical Tuition is Bath’s leading private tuition provider, working with students across the UK and internationally. We specialise in high-impact, one-to-one tuition that helps students build confidence, raise attainment, and reach their academic goals.

We’re now looking for current university students or recent graduates, preferably from Bath or Bristol-based institutions, to join our growing team of tutors.

👉 Please note: interviews will be held in person in Bath, so you’ll need to be able to travel for this stage of the process.

We’re especially keen to hear from applicants with strong subject knowledge in:

English | Maths | Psychology | Business | Science

What’s Involved:

• One-to-one or small group tutoring (online or in-person)
• Primarily working with GCSE and A-Level students
• Flexible hours to suit your schedule
• Self-employed basis
• £30+ per hour

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong academic background in your subject
• Friendly, reliable, and professional
• Prior tutoring or teaching experience is a bonus (but not essential)
