Treasury DCM Contractor - Competitive Day Rate

We are working with a Big 4 firm in London who are looking for a Debt Capital Markets Contractor. This is a 12 month FTC with scope for extension. Whilst you will be working for this Big 4 firm, you will be working for their client (bank) on-site and working on a large project.

Role Description

• ​As the Debt Markets Specialist, you will be responsible for fund related debt transactions, bond issuance, transaction management and execution.
• Managing Secured Funding Programmes
• Transaction Management
• Investor Reporting

Role Requirements

• Experience within banking/financial services is essential
• Experience within a Big 4 firm would be beneficial
• Strong understanding of debt capital markets
• Experience with investment fund structures
• Knowledge of bank lending products and transaction management
• Knowledge of bond issuance procedures
