Role Description
- In this role, you will be responsible for delivering key aspects of the hedge management project, collaborating with colleagues across the Market Risk team, wider Finance function, and trading. You will work on enhancing governance around financial risk management processes, including developing a plan and delivering quality outcomes that support the Society\’s growth. This role does not include line management responsibilities but requires significant stakeholder engagement.
Role Requirements
- Knowledge of market and liquidity risk management processes, including risk transfer and regulatory reporting in financial services
- Experience in transforming process control frameworks and ensuring compliance with internal governance
- Excellent written skills for producing clear technical documentation
- Ability to plan independently and proactively engage with stakeholders
- Experience delivering change under tight deadlines using technological solutions
- Strong attention to detail, proactive attitude, and continuous improvement mindset
