The Treasury Systems Specialist will work together with the Treasury Systems Manager to ensure the quality of their Treasury Systems. Continuously working to a high standard, the Treasury Systems Specialist will review and ensure that new features and integrations are operating at an acceptable level prior to release into the production environment and readily available to our stakeholders.
Role Description
- Working towards developing a strong understanding of payment, settlement and trading processes and system workflows;
- Support Product and Operations Delivery teams to address issues during development/testing phases related to Treasury;
- Monitor the testing completed by different teams and raise issues related to our Treasury function;
- Review the general ledger for any new testing that is completed as part of the project and ensure the ledger entries have generated as expected, as per the test plan;
- Review reporting for new providers and feedback to the Network Expansions team as required;
- Update Treasury Systems documentations - records of testing completed, new processes, flow of funds etc;
- Assist the Treasury Systems Manager with building new processes in one of our reconciliation tools before handing it over to the Treasury team;
- Work with Treasury Team globally to ensure smooth implementation of projects (e.g. training, feature demos, feedback sessions, etc);
- Liaise with the Treasury Systems Manager on areas for automation and continuous improvement of our Treasury processes;
- Be familiar with Treasury regulations (FCA and DNB) and apply this to new projects and features.
