Enjoy being part of a fast growing Fintech specialising in Payment solutions to the corporate and global enterprises. This is a Liquidity focused role in the Treasury team.

Role Description:

  • Real time and forward thinking liquidity management role that requires proactivity around the following, though not limited to:
  • All aspects of the day to day monitoring, analysis and management of the legal entities and regional liquidity positions.
  • Understand current business model and payment flows, to understand and identify liquidity risks.
  • Develop basic models, undertake forecasting and execute on liquidity management strategies, procedures and controls to mitigate and manage these risks.
  • Design and set up of early warning/key risk indicators.

Role Requirements:

  • Equivalent experience of a Senior Associate to junior AVP, and open to industry background as long as there is demonstrable experience in liquidity management.
  • Experience from a Payments business would be seen as a distinct advantage.
  • Need a practical thinker who can not only manage day to day liquidity needs, yet also pre-empt and identify when a Liquidity Management action is required, using their commercial acumen.
  • Be able to demonstrate what a good liquidity framework looks like, drive change, establish new processes and educate the business.
  • Liquidity Prudential skills from a first line ‘treasury’ defence perspective (e.g. owning stress testing Liquidity Coverage Ratio; writing model documents for Liquidity stress tests; knowing how to quantify liquidity risk).
  • Quantitative and analytical skills, including basic modelling skills.
  • Strong communication skills and an ability to build and leverage cross-functional relationships.
