I am currently representing a leading European digital services firm with a strong ServiceNow delivery practice. With a workforce of over 28,000 specialists across 19 countries, my client is a top-tier strategic partner for the world’s most influential software publishers. They are currently investing heavily in their ServiceNow practice, aiming to become one of the top 5 experts in Europe through both organic growth and strategic acquisitions. This is a high-visibility role for a hunter who wants the backing of a major international player with the agility of a specialised consultancy.
The Role:
We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial ServiceNow Services Sales Executive to accelerate growth. This is a "hunter" role focused on new logo hunting and business development, creating long-term value, and positioning ServiceNow as a strategic platform for enterprise-wide digital transformation. You will act as a key architect of our regional footprint, collaborating with ServiceNow’s internal teams and our own delivery leaders to convert high-potential opportunities into long-term client engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Development: Identify and close new logos, focusing on large-scale ServiceNow service implementations and consulting services.
- Strategic Positioning: Consult with C-level stakeholders to frame ServiceNow as a driver of innovation and performance.
- Ecosystem Collaboration: Build and maintain deep relationships with ServiceNow account teams to co-sell and drive lead generation.
- Full Sales Lifecycle: Manage the process from initial outreach and value proposition through to contract negotiation and closing.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Proven Track Record: Solid experience in ServiceNow sales, demonstrable knowledge of the platform and its offerings/possibilities.
