We’re in our next phase of growth, and we’re hiring senior recruiters to join our US and EU Data Centres teams from our London HQ.
The details - Senior Recruitment Consultant - Data Centres:
- Hybrid working, flexi hours, early finishes etc
- A clear 6-month roadmap to your next promotion, at every level
- Client base of large established accounts
- Full back-office and operational support so you can focus on billing and growth
- Genuine autonomy to build and run your desk your way

The role:
We’ve landed some big accounts, the team is smashing it, and now we need someone to step up, build out the next layer and help us keep pace with growth. This is a critical hire at an exciting time. We’ll hire on attitude, experience and values, so if you’ve got the right mix, we want to talk.
Who we’re after:
Experienced 360 consultants, ideally from Construction, Engineering or Data Centres. Already placing in another market? Great. Curious about moving into the mission-critical data centre space? We’re open to complete market movers, as long as the skills transfer.
- A proven 360 biller with real BD instincts. You win new logos as comfortably as you manage existing accounts, and you know how to create opportunities rather than wait for them.
- A relationship builder. You get the pace and you know trust takes time to build with clients and candidates alike.
- A senior consultant ready for a bigger stage. You’re already billing well and want the scope to go further, whether that’s growing your own desk or stepping into leadership.
