Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2C Tech Lead

Empiric has received an exciting opportunity for a Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2C Tech Lead with strong experience overseeing a team of developers and excellent experience with Progressive Web Applications (PWA) technology. The position will involve designing, debugging, and analyzing solutions.

Essential: 2 to 3 years transformation program experience in the retail industry and working with real‑time enterprise‑grade websites using React.js, Node.js, SFRA, SCAPI, and SLAS.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical design, architecture, and implementation of Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
• Use React.js, Node.js, SFRA, SCAPI, SLAS, Bootstrap, HTML5, Media Query, and CSS3.
• Define coding standards, best practices, and deployment guidelines for the development team.
• Employ Redux and other state‑management frameworks.

Bonus:

• Storybook or similar collaboration tools.

• Term: 6 to 18 months plus extensions.
