Our client is a highly respected property developer and construction business with a growing portfolio of heritage-led developments across Scotland. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Design Manager to join a specialist division focused on the restoration, refurbishment and sensitive redevelopment of listed and historic buildings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead consultant teams including architects, engineers and specialist conservation advisors.
  • Ensure compliance with listed building legislation, conservation requirements and planning conditions.
  • Drive design coordination throughout pre-construction and delivery phases.
  • Review technical information and manage design risk.

About You

  • Proven experience as a Design Manager within construction, development or consultancy.
  • Strong background delivering listed building, conservation or heritage-led projects.
