Our client, a leading professional services firm, seeks several talented and experienced Oracle HCM Senior Managers to join their growing HR Technology practice. This is a high-profile role offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to significant cloud-based enterprise business transformation projects.

The Team

The teams comprise technology-focused professionals who collaborate to deliver through a standardised delivery model, ensuring professional delivery to clients. These teams utilise their functional knowledge and experience (e.g., Finance, HR, Procurement) alongside their expertise in cloud applications to lead and deliver client programmes, support pre-sales activities, and develop improvements and extensions.

Technology is a key investment area for the client. Their integrated capability teams design, build, and operate flexible technology-enabled solutions to help clients solve complex business challenges and transform their operations.

The Role

They are looking for individuals with proven experience in Oracle implementations. This role demands a strong balance of business development and client delivery skills.

The successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Lead the delivery of high-quality Oracle deployment projects as an Engagement Manager.
  • Provide expert Oracle advice and collaborate closely with client leads to optimise processes and maximise the benefits of Oracle.
  • Advise clients on the transformational aspects of Oracle in relation to HR operating models, self-service, service delivery, portals, virtual agents, and relevant HR process execution (e.g., Onboarding, Absence Management, Payroll, Offboarding).
  • Contribute to business development and sales initiatives, including bid, proposal, and contract/commercial negotiations with Oracle clients.
  • Drive the growth of the practice by sharing knowledge, developing thought leadership, and supporting the career development of team members.

Experience Required

  • Demonstrable experience successfully delivering Oracle HCM programmes.
  • Experience in HR leading transformation projects, managing workstreams, and leading teams.
  • Proven knowledge of HR processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with another HCM cloud product (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow, SuccessFactors) is desirable.
  • Proven expertise in actively contributing to business development efforts, via RFPs and other routes.
