We are working with a fast-paced and growing business seeking an experienced NetSuite Developer to lead enhancements and support for their Warehouse Management System (WMS) within NetSuite. This role will focus on improving operational efficiency, solving system issues, and ensuring seamless integration across departments and platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- NetSuite WMS Support & Optimisation
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the WMS module.
- Refine scripts, workflows, and configurations to support smoother warehouse operations.
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to identify pain points and implement system improvements.
- Ensure compatibility with existing hardware such as scanners, printers, and handheld devices.
- Communicate system changes clearly and support training as required.
- Maintain accurate data flow between WMS and other NetSuite modules, particularly finance.
- Work with IT to support and enhance integrations via Celigo and other middleware tools.
- Ensure timely data exchange with BigCommerce and other platforms.
- Support operational reporting in collaboration with finance and accounting teams.
- Identify areas for process automation and optimisation within NetSuite.
- Implement best practices to ensure the system supports scalability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including warehouse, finance, and IT.
- Provide technical documentation and regular progress updates.
- Act as the subject matter expert for all WMS-related NetSuite developments.

- Hands-on experience with Celigo or similar integration tools.
- Familiarity with BigCommerce and ERP platform integrations.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware-related NetSuite issues.
- Excellent problem-solving and cross-functional communication skills.
