This is a genuinely rare opportunity: lead an established contract desk generating £1m+ a year, built on 20 years of legacy clients. You'll inherit a 5-person team already on track to win our internal Team of the Year - with real scope to build it further.

Who we're looking for:

  • Leaders with a contract recruitment background - you understand the pace, the margins and the relationship-driven nature of contract desks, and you know how to translate that into consistent billings and team performance.
  • Senior/Principal Consultants ready to step into leadership - you're already billing at a high level and mentoring informally; now you want a team, a title and the platform to prove you can lead as well as sell.
  • Proven 360 billers with strong BD instincts - you can win new logos as comfortably as you manage existing accounts and you can create opportunities.
  • Experience in Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, ERP or related tech markets - you already speak the language of this space, understand the client landscape and can hit the ground running with the pipeline and relationships you bring.
