We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Junior D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Business Analyst to join a leading retail organisation in London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1–3 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations who is looking to build a long-term career within the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem.

Working directly with business stakeholders and the internal D365 team, you will support the ongoing enhancement, optimisation, and adoption of D365 F&O across the organisation. This role offers hands-on exposure to a large-scale retail environment and provides an ideal platform for developing both functional and business analysis skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and document business requirements from key stakeholders across retail operations, finance, supply chain, and inventory management.
  • Assist in translating business requirements into functional specifications for the D365 F&O platform.
  • Support workshops, process mapping sessions, and user interviews.
  • Help analyse current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using D365 F&O capabilities.
  • Work closely with senior Business Analysts, Functional Consultants, and technical teams.
  • Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect management.
  • Support end-user training and create user documentation where required.
  • Assist with system configuration activities under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Monitor and support ongoing system enhancements and change requests.
  • Provide day-to-day support to business users and help troubleshoot functional issues.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 1–3 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).
  • Exposure to one or more D365 F&O functional areas such as: Finance, Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, Procurement & Sourcing, Retail Operations.
  • Understanding of business analysis methodologies and requirements gathering techniques.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to document business processes and functional requirements clearly.
  • Experience supporting testing activities and user training.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
