We are looking for an experienced D365 QA Manager to lead across a global Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations transformation for one of the most luxury recognised companies in the world. You will define and embed the QA strategy, drive automated testing, and ensure high standards of performance, security, and reliability across the full delivery lifecycle. Working closely with development partners, product, architecture, and regional teams, you will champion a quality-first engineering culture and ensure solutions are delivered efficiently and at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and own the end-to-end QA strategy, framework, and governance
  • Lead automated and manual testing across products and releases
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure performance, maintainability, and security
  • Embed quality early in the development lifecycle ("shift-left")
  • Establish QA requirements with delivery partners and ensure adherence
  • Align global and regional teams on consistent testing practices
  • Define and track quality metrics, KPIs, and preventative monitoring
  • Analyse defects and lead root cause analysis post go-live
  • Continuously improve tools, processes, and testing efficiency
  • Act as the quality lead and primary contact for releases

Skills & Experience

  • Technical:
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
  • Hands-on knowledge of X++, .NET, D365 SDK
  • Automated testing experience (e.g., Tosca or similar)
  • CI/CD and DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub)
  • Understanding of secure development and compliance standards
  • Experience working in Agile, global environments
  • Professional:
    • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
    • Analytical, detail-oriented, and delivery-focused
    • Experience leading cross-functional and partner teams
    • Process-driven with a continuous improvement mindset
    • English required: French is a huge plus
