Empiric has received an exciting opportunity for an experienced Cybersecurity Solution Architect to support cybersecurity initiatives within one of the UK's largest critical national infrastructure organisations, operating across complex IT and OT environments.

This role is heavily focused on vulnerability management, secure architecture design, risk mitigation, and embedding security controls across large-scale enterprise and operational technology landscapes.

Required Skills

  • Hands-on cybersecurity experience within enterprise environments
  • Strong experience with enterprise Vulnerability Management (VM)
  • Experience identifying, assessing, prioritising, and remediating vulnerabilities
  • Hands-on experience with VM tools across IT environments
  • Strong understanding of IT and OT security environments
  • Experience with security architecture and secure system design
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and mitigation techniques
  • Experience working with cross-functional technical teams
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience within regulated or critical infrastructure environments
  • Familiarity with enterprise security architecture frameworks
  • Experience with threat modelling and risk-based security decision making
  • Exposure to security governance and control frameworks
