Role Profile: Deputy Multisite Manager
Reports to: Multisite Manager
Location: Multiple city sites
Contract: 12 Month Fixed Term

What you’ll do:
You’ll be the right-hand person to the Multisite Manager, helping run high-end student accommodation sites. You’ll support the team, keep operations running smoothly and lead your teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team leadership: Recruit, train, and inspire your team. Coach and motivate your team to meet goals and KPIs. Be a great communicator and drive a positive, supportive working environment.
• Customer experience: Build a “home from home” community and deliver exceptional service. Handle complaints effectively, support the delivery of exciting social events, and drive great reviews and customer satisfaction scores.
• Driving revenue: Support delivery of city revenue targets, boost re-bookers and support sales campaigns. Balance financial performance with happy customers.
• Sustainability & community: Champion local engagement, charity initiatives, and eco-friendly practices. Be an advocate for positive social and environmental change.
• Facilities management: Ensure high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and safety compliance. Handle emergencies and maintain strong contractor relationships.

Who you are:

• Experience in PBSA, hospitality or similar field.
• A customer service champion, with strong leadership, communication, and people skills.
• Target-driven, with financial and facilities knowledge (a bonus).
• Energetic, collaborative, and passionate about creating positive student experiences.
