Who we're looking for:
- Leaders with a contract recruitment background - you understand the pace, the margins and the relationship-driven nature of contract desks, and you know how to translate that into consistent billings and team performance.
- Senior/Principal Consultants ready to step into leadership - you're already billing at a high level and mentoring informally; now you want a team, a title and the platform to prove you can lead as well as sell.
- Proven 360 billers with strong BD instincts - you can win new logos as comfortably as you manage existing accounts and you can create opportunities.
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, ERP or related tech markets - you already speak the language of this space, understand the client landscape and can hit the ground running with the pipeline and relationships you bring.
The Role:
- Lead, mentor and develop consultants across the contract team, driving performance and delivery excellence
- Champion best practice and help build a consistent, scalable recruitment methodology across the desk
- Develop and execute business development strategies to grow the contract desk across global clients
- Strengthen long-term client partnerships through strategic talent solutions and market insight
- Own sales performance for the contract team, consistently meeting and exceeding KPIs and targets
- Drive revenue growth, new client acquisition and repeat business, while supporting consultants on complex negotiations and closing placements
