Empires Media is a performance-driven marketing agency that helps US companies generate high-intent leads. We’re expanding our UK cold-calling team and are looking for disciplined, hungry appointment setters who want to be paid purely on performance, with uncapped upside and recurring income. This role is 100% commission-based.
How You Get Paid
- £23 per Qualified Discovery Call Booked - Paid for every qualified meeting that is booked and attended.
- You earn immediately, even before a deal closes.
- 5% Recurring Commission on Client Lead Spend - You earn £36 per lead for every lead the agency generates for clients you set appointments with.
- You set the appointment, the agency closes and delivers, and you earn recurring commission from that client's success. This is monthly, recurring income paid for as long as the client remains active.
- As goodwill, if you leave the agency, we continue paying your commission for an additional 3 months.
Example:
- 3 of your booked appointments become clients. Those clients receive a total of 300 leads per month.
- £36 × 300 = £10,800 per month in recurring income.
If you’re a setter AND closer
- You earn 10% recurring commission.
- Using the same example above: £72 × 300 leads = £21,600 per month in recurring income.
What You’ll Be Doing

- Logging calls and outcomes in CRM.
