Empires Media is a performance-driven marketing agency that helps US companies generate high-intent leads. We're expanding our UK cold-calling team and are looking for disciplined, hungry appointment setters who want to be paid purely on performance, with uncapped upside and recurring income. This role is 100% commission-based.
How You Get Paid
- £23 per Qualified Discovery Call Booked
- Paid for every qualified meeting that is booked and attended
- You earn immediately, even before a deal closes
- 5% Recurring Commission on Client Lead Spend
- You earn £36 per lead for every lead the agency generates for clients you set appointments with
- You set the appointment, the agency closes and delivers, and you earn recurring commission from that client's success
- This is monthly, recurring income
- Paid for as long as the client remains active
- As goodwill, if you leave the agency, we continue paying your commission for an additional 3 months
Example:
- 3 of your booked appointments become clients
- Those clients receive a total of 300 leads per month
- £36 × 300 = £10,800 per month in recurring income
If you're a setter AND closer, you earn 10% recurring commission. Using the same example above: £72 × 300 leads = £21,600 per month in recurring income.
