Ready to grow your career? Empire Today is seeking a Warehouse Lead to join our hardworking Installation Warehouse team. The Warehouse Lead will be responsible for a variety of daily warehouse tasks as well as mastering and fully utilizing the Warehouse Management System.
Compensation Information: $27.50 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Completion of all daily warehouse activities, including (but not limited to):
- Daily pre‑ and post‑loadout preparation and activities.
- Receive, unload, and verify shipments.
- Perform all inventory preparation for the next day’s loadout.
- Proper management/storage of inventory, including verification for accuracy.
- Processing of all returned inventory.
- Daily monitoring of inventory adjustments.
- Daily cycle counts.
- Ensure all warehouse machinery is operated safely.
- Perform regular warehouse audits and machinery checks to ensure safety and cleanliness.
- Work with management to address any occupational and safety concerns.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous high‑volume warehouse experience.
- Demonstrated ability to operate warehouse machinery safely.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems.
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office.
- High level of internal and external customer service.
- Flexibility to work mandatory overtime when needed.
- Ability to lift/move up to 75 lbs.
