LOCATION: This is a home based remote role but ideally looking for someone who resides in the south of the UK.

- Client liaison as Technical Lead / Fire Engineering Advisor.

EXPERIENCE (10+ years PQE):
- Fire Engineering / Fire Safety Consultancy
- External Wall Systems (EWS1, FRAEW, PAS 9980)
- Residential, Public Sector, Build to Rent Sector
- Understanding of Building Regulations (Part B) and Building Safety Act
- Remediation Experience in delivering fire strategies and technical advisory roles
- Working under a quality management system
- Team Leadership
The job role will entail:
- Work with Directors to improve efficiency, reporting systems and digital tools.
- Leading the technical delivery of the fire engineering discipline across the business.
- Setting technical direction, standards and governance aligned with regulatory and industry best practice.
- Providing strategic oversight from concept through to remediation and completion stages.
- Leading stakeholder engagement across high-risk, high-profile projects.
- Driving innovation in fire engineering, including digital tools, reporting systems and the Golden Thread.
