We are currently recruiting for an experienced Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to join a growing building services provider, covering a portfolio of commercial sites across London. This is a mobile role, providing both planned and reactive maintenance across a variety of client sites including offices, retail, and high-end environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on HVAC systems
- Fault finding and repair of air conditioning systems
- Working on:
- Split systems
- VRV / VRF systems
- Fan Coil Units (FCUs)
- Air Handling Units (AHUs)
- Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures
- Complete job reports via CAFM systems
- Maintain strong client relationships on-site
Requirements
- Fully qualified Air Conditioning Engineer (level 1 & 2 City & Guilds)
- F-Gas Certification (essential)
- Proven experience within commercial maintenance
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
- Good communication and client-facing skills
