Are you a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer looking for a stable, day role in a high-end environment? We’re currently recruiting for an experienced engineer to join a premium residential development in Aldgate, working as part of a team of 4 engineers. This is a great opportunity to work on a well-maintained site with strong support and a professional setup.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for delivering both planned and reactive maintenance across mechanical and building services systems, ensuring the smooth operation of the site. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Mechanical PPMs and reactive maintenance
  • Working on AHUs, FCUs, pumps, and general HVAC systems
  • Water systems maintenance including temperature checks and compliance tasks
  • Basic plumbing repairs and fault finding
  • Supporting plant room operations
  • Responding to resident requests in a professional and timely manner
  • Working closely with the wider engineering team

What We’re Looking For

  • NVQ / City & Guilds in Mechanical Engineering, Plumbing, or equivalent
  • Strong experience within commercial or high-end residential maintenance
  • Good knowledge of HVAC and plant room systems
  • Experience with water hygiene / Legionella tasks (desirable)
  • Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
