We are currently recruiting for an experienced Foot Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join a professional building services maintenance team covering commercial properties across Central London. This role will involve travelling between multiple commercial office buildings and mixed-use properties carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, and general building services maintenance across landlord M&E systems.
We are specifically looking for engineers with either a mechanical or electrical trade bias, combined with solid commercial maintenance experience within occupied buildings. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who enjoys variety, autonomy, and working across high-profile Central London sites.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across commercial buildings
- Fault finding and repairs across electrical and mechanical building services systems
- Maintenance of AHUs, FCUs, pumps, motors, lighting, emergency lighting, and associated plant
- Plant room inspections and monitoring of building services equipment
- Carry out minor plumbing, fabric, and general maintenance works where required
- Respond to reactive maintenance requests
