The Role
- You will be responsible for delivering both planned and reactive maintenance across the site, ensuring all electrical systems are running safely and efficiently.
- Electrical PPMs and reactive maintenance
- Fault finding across lighting and power systems
- Emergency lighting testing
- Supporting on AHUs, FCUs, and general building services
- Responding to resident requests in a professional manner
- Working closely with your team to maintain high site standards

- City & Guilds Level 2 or 3 in Electrical Installations
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (essential)
