We are currently recruiting for a Contract Supervisor to join a growing building services maintenance business overseeing a prestigious critical environment contract in London. This role is ideal for a strong Lead Engineer, Supervisor, or aspiring Manager with a background in critical services or datacentre environments who is looking to take the next step within a highly organised and professional maintenance operation.
The site is operated similarly to a datacentre environment, maintaining landlord critical infrastructure only, while clients manage their own occupied floor spaces. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business with long-term progression opportunities and a strong engineering culture.
You will oversee a team consisting of:
- 8 Engineers
- 1 Contract Support
The role will be approximately:
- 80% administrative / supervisory
- 20% hands-on engineering support
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of engineering operations, subcontractors, shutdowns, compliance, and critical maintenance activities across the site.
