Covering High-End Residential Properties

Competitive Salary + Overtime + 8% annual bonus

Monday – Friday | 8:00am – 4:00pm

We are currently looking for an experienced Mobile Electrical Engineer to join a growing team maintaining luxury residential properties across the region. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled electrician who enjoys working across multiple sites delivering planned and reactive maintenance within high-end environments.

The Role

  • Electrical maintenance across high-end residential properties
  • Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works
  • Testing, inspection, and certification of distribution boards and fixed wiring
  • Fault finding and repair of electrical systems
  • Installation and maintenance of LED and emergency lighting
  • Working on single-phase and three-phase systems
  • Maintenance of plant room equipment including motors, pumps and FCUs
  • Liaising with specialist contractors when required

Working Hours

  • Monday – Friday
  • 8:00am – 4:00pm
  • 40 hours per week

Overtime paid at time and a half for all hours over 40 per week.

Holiday

Due to operational requirements, holiday between June and August is limited to one week.

Requirements

  • NVQ / City & Guilds Electrical Qualification (ESSENTIAL)
  • 18th Edition (BS7671) (ESSENTIAL)
  • 2391 / 2394 / 2395 Inspection & Testing (DESIRED)
  • Experience in electrical maintenance
  • Full UK Driving Licence
