We are currently looking for an experienced Mobile Electrical Engineer to join a growing team maintaining luxury residential properties across the region. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled electrician who enjoys working across multiple sites delivering planned and reactive maintenance within high-end environments.
The Role
- Electrical maintenance across high-end residential properties
- Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works
- Testing, inspection, and certification of distribution boards and fixed wiring
- Fault finding and repair of electrical systems
- Installation and maintenance of LED and emergency lighting
- Working on single-phase and three-phase systems
- Maintenance of plant room equipment including motors, pumps and FCUs
- Liaising with specialist contractors when required
Working Hours
- Monday – Friday
- 8:00am – 4:00pm
- 40 hours per week
Overtime paid at time and a half for all hours over 40 per week.
Holiday
Due to operational requirements, holiday between June and August is limited to one week.
Requirements
- NVQ / City & Guilds Electrical Qualification (ESSENTIAL)
- 18th Edition (BS7671) (ESSENTIAL)
- 2391 / 2394 / 2395 Inspection & Testing (DESIRED)
- Experience in electrical maintenance
- Full UK Driving Licence
