Are you an Electrical Maintenance Engineer looking for a stable, day-shift role in a high-end environment? We’re currently recruiting for an experienced engineer to join a premium residential development in Aldgate, working as part of a close-knit team of 4 engineers. The Role

You’ll be responsible for delivering both planned and reactive maintenance across the site, ensuring all electrical systems are running safely and efficiently. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Electrical PPMs and reactive maintenance
  • Fault finding across lighting and power systems
  • Emergency lighting testing
  • Supporting on AHUs, FCUs, and general building services
  • Responding to resident requests in a professional manner
  • Working closely with your team to maintain high site standards

What We’re Looking For

  • City & Guilds Level 2 or 3 in Electrical Installations
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (essential)
  • Experience within commercial or high-end residential maintenance
  • Strong fault-finding skills
  • A positive attitude and good communication skills
