Are you an Electrical Maintenance Engineer looking for a stable, day-shift role in a high-end environment? We’re currently recruiting for an experienced engineer to join a premium residential development in Aldgate, working as part of a close-knit team of 4 engineers. This is a great opportunity to step into a well-run site with strong support and a great working atmosphere.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for delivering both planned and reactive maintenance across the site, ensuring all electrical systems are running safely and efficiently. Your day-to-day will include:
- Electrical PPMs and reactive maintenance
- Fault finding across lighting and power systems
- Emergency lighting testing
- Supporting on AHUs, FCUs, and general building services
- Responding to resident requests in a professional manner
- Working closely with your team to maintain high site standards
What We’re Looking For
- City & Guilds Level 2 or 3 in Electrical Installations
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (essential)
- Experience within commercial or high-end residential maintenance
- Strong fault-finding skills
- A positive attitude and good communication skills
