ESSENTIAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE
- To check that all elements of construction are in accordance with the relevant regulations, Codes of Practice, British Standards and the Contract Documents; with specific attention given to fire safety. High rise experience is essential.
- To check all works, materials and products are in accordance with the Contract Specification and drawings.
- In the case of defective works or non-compliance, advise site management, Contract Administrator or Employer's Agent.
- To monitor the contractor’s Programme and report any delays or failures to the concerned parties.
