Location: London Dock, Wapping

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)

The Role

We are currently recruiting for a fully qualified Air Conditioning Engineer to join a static site at London Dock, Wapping. This is a great opportunity to work within a high-end residential and commercial environment, maintaining systems to a high standard. You will be part of a small, established onsite team, delivering both planned and reactive maintenance across all HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on HVAC systems
  • Fault finding and repairs on air conditioning equipment
  • Maintenance of:
  • Split systems
  • VRV / VRF systems
  • Fan Coil Units (FCUs)
  • Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety standards
  • Maintain high standards within a premium residential / blue-chip environment
  • Work collaboratively within a team of engineers onsite
  • Requirements

    • Fully qualified Air Conditioning Engineer
    • F-Gas Certification (essential)
    • Air Conditioning Part 1 & 2 qualifications
    • Minimum 5 years’ experience within the industry
    • Strong background in Building Services / Commercial Maintenance
    • Experience working within high-end residential or client-facing environments
    • Good attitude, reliability, and professionalism
