The Role
We are currently recruiting for a fully qualified Air Conditioning Engineer to join a static site at London Dock, Wapping. This is a great opportunity to work within a high-end residential and commercial environment, maintaining systems to a high standard. You will be part of a small, established onsite team, delivering both planned and reactive maintenance across all HVAC systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on HVAC systems
- Fault finding and repairs on air conditioning equipment
- Maintenance of:
- Split systems
- VRV / VRF systems
- Fan Coil Units (FCUs)
Requirements
- Fully qualified Air Conditioning Engineer
- F-Gas Certification (essential)
- Air Conditioning Part 1 & 2 qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience within the industry
- Strong background in Building Services / Commercial Maintenance
- Experience working within high-end residential or client-facing environments
- Good attitude, reliability, and professionalism
