Every gate they produce is made to order, so quality, attention to detail and pride in their work are extremely important. The Role They are seeking enthusiastic and reliable people to join their manufacturing team as Manufacturing Workshop Assistants. This is an entry-level role within the workshop, helping to manufacture and finish bespoke aluminium gates. You don't need to have previous experience in gate manufacturing. They are more interested in finding people who are practical, hardworking, keen to learn and take pride in doing a good job. The role will involve working across different parts of the manufacturing process. As the team grows, they will look at each person's strengths and interests and determine where they can make the biggest contribution.
