Empire Academy of Beauty & Aesthetics is looking for a creative, ambitious and highly organised Content Creator & Social Media Executive to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves creating engaging content, filming and editing videos, designing graphics, and managing social media channels. You will be responsible for bringing our brands to life through compelling content that drives engagement, builds awareness and generates enquiries. We're looking for someone who can take ownership of the entire content process, from planning and creation through to publishing and performance tracking.

As our Content Creator & Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for creating content across our Academy and Clinic brands, helping us showcase treatments, training courses, student success stories, client transformations and day‑to‑day business activities. This is a hands‑on role where you'll be filming, editing, designing and posting content on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create engaging video content for social media platforms
  • Film treatments, training courses, student journeys and behind‑the‑scenes content
  • Edit short‑form and long‑form video content
  • Design graphics and marketing assets for social media and advertising campaigns
  • Create content calendars and schedule posts
  • Manage and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms
  • Write engaging captions and social media copy
  • Monitor trends and identify new content opportunities
  • Maintain brand consistency across all channels
  • Work closely with the marketing team to support campaigns and promotions
  • Track content performance and identify opportunities for improvement
