Emphasis is a leading privately owned HR consultancy, established in 2003. We are a dynamic team of eight, based in Romsey, Hampshire, driven by the mission to empower businesses to thrive through their people. We partner with clients to develop robust HR strategies, build strong workforces, and create positive organisational cultures.
As our client portfolio rapidly expands across London and the South Coast, we are seeking a Senior HR Consultant to provide expert, hands-on HR support and strategic advice. You will enjoy a hybrid work model, balancing time at our Romsey office (usually Tuesday and Wednesday) with impactful client visits predominantly across Hampshire, London, and the South Coast. Please note that occasional overnight stays away from home may be required.
This is a challenging and exciting role and requires a flexible, proactive approach to delivering comprehensive HR solutions. You will work with a portfolio of clients on every aspect of the employment journey.
You will be a CIPD-qualified HR professional with considerable senior or consulting-level HR experience, ready to take on a highly autonomous and demanding role. A car and a current UK driving licence are essential for this role. A good sense of humour is just as important; it’s a tough role, and we all need some downtime.
