Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to identify their needs and preferences, providing knowledgeable advice on our vehicle selection.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both new and returning customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Conduct test drives and showcase the features and advantages of our vehicles.
  • Negotiate and finalize sales, consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Stay informed about product knowledge and competitor offerings.
  • Efficiently manage all sales administration and paperwork.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of proven experience in automotive sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Self-driven with a focus on results.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including certain Saturdays and some Sundays.
  • A valid drivers license and the right to work in the UK.
