About the Role
Please note, this is a 12 month fixed-term contract. We are seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing. The role is ideal for a creative thinker with strong commercial acumen who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. You’ll be responsible for driving brand awareness and creating integrated marketing campaigns - working hand in glove with our business development team to generate leads. The role reports into the Director of Business Development and will be working across all of Emperor Group’s six offices and targeting multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and maximise multi-channel marketing strategies aligned with our business objectives.
- Manage and optimise digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, email, social media).
- Oversee content creation, including blogs, newsletters, and promotional materials, occasionally producing content directly.
- Collaborate with new business teams and senior leads to support go-to-market strategies.
- Analyse campaign performance and report on ROI, using insights to improve future efforts.
- Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Manage our website and social channels and maximise for SEO & GEO.
- Manage the marketing budget cost-effectively and in a timely manner, working well with suppliers to achieve our aims.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a marketing management role (minimum 3–5 years).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms. Experience with Pipedrive or similar is a must.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
- Experience in a relevant B2B industry or agency marketing is a plus.
