We’re looking for a Learning & Inclusion Partner to lead our approach to learning, capability, engagement and inclusion, helping us create a high‑performing, values‑led organisation where everyone has the opportunity to grow.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Learning & Capability
- Design and deliver Emperor’s learning and development strategy, aligned to business priorities and future skills requirements.
- Lead organisation‑wide skills mapping and capability planning.
- Develop clear development frameworks for Rising Stars and Future Leaders.
- Design and deliver manager and leadership development programmes that strengthen commerciality, leadership capability and performance.
- Create scalable learning journeys that support career progression and internal mobility.
- Own and optimise our learning technology, ensuring development is accessible, engaging and measurable.
- Measure learning impact and demonstrate ROI through improvements in capability, engagement, progression and retention.
Engagement & Partner Experience
- Lead our employee engagement approach, including Culture Amp surveys, insights and action planning.
