We're looking for a

Learning & Inclusion Partner to lead our approach to learning, capability, engagement and inclusion, helping us create a high-performing, values-led organisation where everyone has the opportunity to grow.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape how learning happens across Emperor, from developing emerging talent and future leaders, to building specialist expertise and strengthening leadership capability.

You'll play a key role in translating our People Strategy into meaningful experiences that improve performance, progression, engagement and retention.

  • What You'll Be Responsible For
  • Learning & Capability
  • Design and deliver Emperor's learning and development strategy, aligned to business priorities and future skills requirements.
  • Lead organisation-wide skills mapping and capability planning.
  • Develop clear development frameworks for Rising Stars and Future Leaders.
  • Design and deliver manager and leadership development programmes that strengthen commerciality, leadership capability and performance.
  • Create scalable learning journeys that support career progression and internal mobility.
  • Own and optimise our learning technology, ensuring development is accessible, engaging and measurable.
  • Measure learning impact and demonstrate ROI through improvements in capability, engagement, progression and retention.
  • Engagement & Partner Experience
  • Lead our employee engagement approach, including Culture Amp surveys, insights and action planning.
  • Design impactful programmes that strengthen connection, recognition and belonging.
  • Help create a consistent employee experience across onboarding, development and career growth.
  • Inclusion
  • Partner with the Director of Human Resources to deliver our inclusion strategy.
  • Develop inclusive leadership capability across the business.
  • Support Employee Resource Groups and initiatives that foster belonging and representation.
  • Ensure inclusion is embedded into learning, talent and employee experience programmes.
  • Internal Communications
  • Partner with senior leaders to deliver engaging internal communications that connect people to our strategy, culture and priorities.
  • Own and evolve internal communication channels and content.
  • AI & Innovation
  • Use AI and automation to personalise learning, improve engagement, generate content and enhance insight.
  • Explore new ways to leverage technology to improve capability, performance and employee experience.
  • Help build future-ready skills and AI capability across Emperor.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery.

You’ll likely have experience in learning and development, talent development, organisational capability or employee experience, and enjoy building programmes that create measurable impact.
