Your Role
We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to act as a trusted right hand to our CEO and senior leadership team. This is a broad, hands-on role at the centre of the business. You will own executive support, people operations, and day-to-day company operations, ensuring the company runs smoothly as we continue to scale globally.
You’ll be comfortable working autonomously, handling sensitive information with discretion, and switching seamlessly between strategic priorities and practical execution.
Responsibilities | What You Will Be Doing
- Provide high-level support to the CEO, including complex diary management, inbox prioritisation and travel coordination
- Support the senior leadership team on an ad-hoc basis across travel, recruitment, HR support and special projects
- Prepare agendas, decks, minutes and action tracking for leadership, management and board meetings
- Own people operations processes, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, offboarding, HRIS management and policy maintenance
- Manage Employer of Record (EoR) relationships and employee lifecycle processes
- Oversee company operations, including virtual office management, software tooling and subscriptions
- Support team rhythm and culture initiatives, including weekly team meetings, leadership offsites and the annual company retreat
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in an Executive Assistant role, with exposure to people operations and/or business operations a plus
- Proven experience supporting a CEO or Founder in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in startups or scale-ups, ideally within distributed, international teams
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Demonstrated experience handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Comfortable owning processes end-to-end and working autonomously
- Experience supporting people operations processes, including onboarding, offboarding and policy management
- Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working across UK and US time zones
- Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace, Slack, Canva and Notion
