Empeiria Training is expanding its freelance trainer network and is seeking experienced Health & Social Care Trainers to deliver high-quality, impactful training across the North West and UK-wide. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced sector professionals who are passionate about developing others and improving standards across health and social care.
Responsibilities
- Trainers will deliver one or more of the following (subject to experience and qualifications):
- First Aid (EFAW, FAW and refreshers)
- Health & Social Care training (Safeguarding, MCA/LPS, Person-Centred Care, Professional Practice)
- Positive Behaviour Support and Timian programmes
- Mental Health and Wellbeing
- Leadership and Management
- Health & Safety
- Face-to-face and blended learning delivery
Qualifications
- Minimum Level 3 Award in Education and Training / PTTLS (or equivalent)
- Substantial experience within the health and social care sector
- Experienced, confident adult trainer
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills
- Ability to travel for UK-wide delivery
We are particularly keen to hear from applicants who are qualified Moving & Handling or First Aid Instructors.
