Job Summary
As a Buyer’s Admin Assistant, you’ll provide essential day-to-day administrative support to the Head of Buying & Merchandising. You’ll be responsible for keeping our product files, lab dips, and internal systems organised, while assisting in supplier communication and meeting preparation.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support
- Maintain internal product databases and ensure all data is accurate
- Organise and track lab dips, strike-offs, and approvals
- Assist with uploading and filing spec sheets, PO confirmations, and certificates
- Prepare supplier meeting documents, summaries, and recaps
- Support the Head of Buying & Merchandising with diary management and file organisation
- Support PO tracking, timeline updates, and order status monitoring
- Liaise with freight partners to assist with basic documentation checks
- Log goods received and flag QC issues to the team
- Coordinate between buying, warehouse, and design teams for smooth information flow
- Assist with internal reports, product cost entries, and file updates
Key Requirements
- Experience: Previous entry level admin experience; fashion/textile industry exposure is a bonus
- Skills: Strong Excel and document organisation skills
